Supply requests and equipment quotations
Centres can build supply requests by pack size and quantity, and equipment is ordered through a quotation request. Each request keeps its approval, payment and delivery status in the account.
Prescriptions and client records
A practitioner can add clients, prepare a prescription and send the client a secure payment link. The client pays through the Shop Ayurveda EU checkout without seeing the professional catalogue, and the order stays linked to the practitioner's client record, with its prescription history.
Order records
Payment and fulfilment status stay with each order in the account, and support can find any order by its reference.
Client data and languages
Professional and client areas are kept separate, so each user sees only their own data, and a client who pays a prescription never sees the practitioner's account. The platform works in several European languages, so a practice can order in its own.

Delivery and VAT
Orders ship from warehouses inside the EU, so deliveries to EU addresses involve no customs clearance. The shipping cost is calculated for the delivery country and shown before payment. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number buy without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism, and the number is checked at checkout; a VAT number is not needed to register.
