Eladi Coconut Oil is a classical Ayurvedic herbal oil, prepared by Art of Vedas as a light skin and body oil. It is anhydrous, meaning it contains no added water: a coconut oil base carrying the extracts of a large group of classical herbs led by cardamom, so no preservative is needed. Eladi Coconut Oil in classical Ayurveda
Eladi Coconut Oil takes its name from Ela, the cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) that leads the Eladi group of aromatic herbs, joined here with a large group of classical herbs in a coconut oil base. It belongs to the classical oils recorded in the Ayurvedic literature.

Every production batch of Eladi Coconut Oil is tested before it is released for sale. Two things are checked: heavy metals, by a laboratory method called ICP-MS, and microbiological safety, against the international standard ISO 17516:2014.
